We’re closing out the school year with a joyful celebration of student talent in every discipline, from dance and music to theater, visual art, and special graduation events. Here's your complete guide to what's happening at AAA in May:

 May 6 at 6:00 PM – The Lion King (4th Grade Production)

    An evening of honoring, celebrating, and showcasing our Class of 2025’s creative legacy.

 May 14th at 2:30 PM – Awards Ceremony 9-11 Grades

May 15 from 6–8 PM – AAA Night at the Museum
  Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art
A bi-annual event celebrating our long-standing partnership with Crystal Bridges. K–12 students perform and present across 7–9 activity stations throughout the museum, highlighting their connections to the arts and academic disciplines.

 Performances & Stations Include:

  • Piano + High School Theatre – Lower Lobby

  • Elementary Ukulele, Guitar, Jazz Band – Walker Landing

  • Visual Arts + Hugs From Friends Art-Making Station – Studios D & E

  • Dance Performances  – Great Hall

Modified Testing Schedule

AAA Night @ the Museum: Join us for AAA Night @ the Museum! Thursday May 15th 6-8 pm at Crystal Bridges Museum of Art in Bentonville. Make plans to attend our biannual event AAA Night @ the Museum! Join us for a spectacular evening at the Museum as AAA K-12 students activate the galleries and museum grounds with performances that have connections to the Museum collections. Everyone is welcome and the event is FREE! Some performances will include: • Elementary and High School Dance performances • Elementary & High School Guitar, Jazz Band & Orchestra • Theatre & Piano performances

The University of Arkansas School of Art is hosting a week-long overnight Summer Arts Workshop for rising high school students in grades 10-12. Students will be able to select a preferred area of interest in studio art, art history or education and take afternoon course sessions taught by School of Art faculty who are also working artists, designers, and scholars. Throughout the week they will meet with current students, different offices on campus, learning about applying to colleges, scholarship options, and a career in the arts. Students will also visit various organizations from the Northwest Arkansas area, including e field trips to Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, The Momentary, and other art galleries. Dates of the camp will be from Saturday, June 14 through Saturday, June 21. The camp is free for students as well—including all meals, lodging, transportation to sites and events, and materials for their afternoon courses.
